Delivery, returns, and warranty

Delivery :

Packages are dispatched three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) and can be shipped for FREE WORLDWIDE* using the LAPOSTE International Parcel service with tracking and no insurance (delivery not guaranteed). Other delivery methods are available at checkout (express, fast, insured, ...).

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We ship worldwide, where no import restrictions may apply.

Outside EU customers be advised customs fee may apply.

*In the following areas, free shipping is not available, however other shipping methods are offered : Central America, South America.

Returns :

In case you were not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days after delivery. For any non-unboxed product return, we will proceed to a complete refund (exluding delivery fees). 20% restocking fees will be deducted from the refund for the return of any used product or product that shows wear traces (packaging, accessories, product, etc).

Warranty :

All products sold on benefit of a limited 2 years warranty.

Warranty will be void in the following but not limited cases : humidity, corrosion, tempered product, important choc, etc.
