Delivery, returns, and warranty

Delivery :

Packages are dispatched three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) and can be shipped for FREE WORLDWIDE* using the LAPOSTE International Parcel service with tracking and no insurance (delivery not guaranteed). Other delivery methods are available at checkout (express, fast, insured, ...).

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We ship worldwide, where no import restrictions may apply.

Outside EU customers be advised customs and importation fees may apply, and are fully at the customer's charge. It's the importer duty to look into the potential taxes he/she will pay to import equipment, according to his/her country.

In case of impossible delivery (wrong address, unknown at this address, etc...), parcel refusal, customer not collecting his/her parcel at post office, etc... , the customer stays responsible for all customs and importation fees and reshippment fees at any time.

*In the following areas, free shipping is not available, however other shipping methods are offered : Central America, South America.

Returns :

In case you were not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days after delivery. For any non-unboxed product return, we will proceed to a complete refund (exluding delivery fees). 20% restocking fees will be deducted from the refund for the return of any used product or product that shows wear traces (packaging, accessories, product, etc).

All return shipping fees are fully at the customer's charge.

Warranty :

All products sold on stodeus.com benefit of a limited 2 years warranty.

Warranty will be void in the following but not limited cases : humidity, corrosion, tempered product, important choc, etc.
